ABSTRACT

Minimal invasive surgery is current popular issue in every field of surgery. Bone fixation with percutaneous screws is reasonable alternative if disease needs only immobilization. In selected vertebral trauma cases, percutaneous pedicle screw fixation might be useful for rapid healing and early ambulation of the patient. This article is about indications and technique of vertebral fracture treatment with minimally invasive technique.
