ABSTRACT

Trauma is one of the most frequent reason of de-ad in young populity. 50% of trauma patients die at the accident site and 30% of them die a few hours af-ter the accident. Cervical spinal trauma accompani-es 1,5-3% of major trauma and 25-75% of them are unstable.

There are avearagly 14000 spinal trauma at North America every year, Most of them are cervical spinal trauma and it has a special importance for anatomic formation of this area. However, there is no exact consensus about the interference to the cervical spinal trauma. Lach of concencus on the mana-gement of cervical traumas and presence of other major traumas causen the great variability in the anesthesic techniques for these patients.
