ABSTRACT

Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) is one of the benign tumor-like lesions of the bone. ABC ac-counts for one percent of the primary bone tu-mors in the bone. Eleven percent of aneurysmal bone cyst have been reported to occur in the spi-ne. The aim of this paper is to study aneurysmal bone cyst cases in the spine with respect to the-ir clinica, radiological and pathological features. Such cases have been compared with other spi-ne lesions to display their distinctive characteris-tics for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
